Welcome to SameDays. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

Quotes are based on the information and photographs provided by the customer. If additional items are present or access is more difficult than expected, we reserve the right to amend the quotation before work begins.

2. Quotes

• All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on the items described or shown in photographs.
• Additional waste or items may result in an additional charge.
• There is no obligation to accept a quotation.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfer and cash.

4. Waste Collection

The customer confirms they are the legal owner of the waste or have permission to arrange its removal.

We reserve the right to refuse collection of:

• Hazardous waste
• Asbestos
• Chemicals
• Paints and solvents
• Medical waste
• Gas bottles
• Explosives
• Any illegal or dangerous materials

If prohibited items are found during collection, additional charges may apply or the collection may be cancelled.

5. Scrap Metal Collection

Scrap collections are subject to inspection.

We reserve the right to decline collection if the items differ significantly from those originally described.

6. Man & Van Services

Customers must ensure all items are suitably packed where required.

Unless agreed beforehand, our drivers are not responsible for dismantling furniture or disconnecting appliances.

7. Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the collection location.

If access is restricted, unsafe or impossible, a failed collection charge may apply.

8. Cancellations

Bookings cancelled with reasonable notice are free of charge.

If our team has already travelled to the property, a cancellation or call-out fee may be charged.

9. Liability

While every care is taken during collections and removals, SameDays accepts no liability for:

• Existing damage to property
• Damage resulting from unsafe access
• Hidden defects
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

10. Recycling

Wherever possible, collected items are reused or recycled responsibly.

Not all items can be recycled.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Ensure all items listed are available at the agreed time.
• Remove any personal belongings from items before collection.
• Ensure children and pets are kept clear of the work area.

12. Website

Whilst we make every effort to ensure information on our website is accurate, prices and services may change without notice.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for providing our services.
